Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the city center and train station. The nuns provide exceptional service, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
While the hallway leading to the rooms might seem dim and slightly eerie, it does not diminish the overall experience too much.

beautiful courtyard, spotless shared kitchen, high ceilings
The garden really needs attention-it looks a bit neglected in the off-season!!! The ensuite layout is odd and could use some rethinking for better accessibility!!!

The room was spacious and clean. It had cool terrazzo floors and efficient air conditioning. I loved the little balcony overlooking the garden—so nice! There was cable TV and an ensuite, which made it comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Florence, just a short walk from the train station. Only downside? Some noise from neighbors could be heard, which was a bit annoying.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard and the cute little space to relax with friends. The garden area was perfect for some chill time, and I also loved the cozy leisure room to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, there weren’t any hooks in the bathroom for towels, but it didn't spoil the experience at all! 😊

the staff were super friendly and helpful, and our room was clean as can be. the hotel had a nice quiet vibe, perfect for relaxing after exploring florence. location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center without all the noise of tourists. enjoyed the comfy bed and the lovely garden area where we could chill. also, parking info was super helpful for our car!
only downside was the shower setup was kinda awkward with just a tub and a handheld shower head. also, the hallway to the rooms felt a bit creepy being so dark all the time.

Soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to avoid noise from neighbors.
